WSOP updates
It has been a good World Series so far. Three money finishes with one Espn final table (5th)
in an all star field. Only one third of the tournaments are done and it’s clear that Harrah’s is
having a great success with the first WSOP held outside the historic Horseshoe. My friend
Marco Traniello, husband of Jennifer Harman, is having an incredible festival with five
cashes already.
If anyone missed the NBC or CNN news I signed with World Poker Exchange (press release).
This is a great partnership and I hope I can increase their popularity for on their sites Wsex
(sports book), Worldpx.com (poker and backgammon), Matchbook (trade exchange betfair
type). The most exciting part is that I’m their official odds consultant for poker check them
out, soon you will see WSOP odds and props like no other site.
My signing was thanks to my recently hired agent Beth Fischman sister of the young star
Scott Fischman. Scott got so famous he has his own poker site, although World Poker
Exchange is my sponsor now, it seems right to mention the new Fishtank.
A quick mention to a fellow blogger name Charlie fighting a battle much more important then
poker: life. Read more about him.

WSOP to another level
There was a lot of concern between pros that the Harrah's management would ruin the
WSOP. After I entered the Rio pavillion yesterday I realized that Harrah's was committed and
it will succeed to bring the WSOP to another level. The place is simply beautiful and the feel
is that WSOP are the Poker World Championship.I was excited about poker like I never been
at the start of an event. Unfortunately I end up playing only 5 hands and busted out. One
down 44 to go. I will play tomorrow in the Pot Limit Hold'em.
